BDC Github
This includes resources for analyzing data such as tutorials, snakemake pipelines, docker and singularity images, and code club presentations. The BDC github is also structured so that all students at the BDC can have a place for their private repositories that can be made public when they publish their papers.

BDC Code Club
The BDC code club meets Thursdays at 3pm and we discuss anything related to coding. These presentations have included guides to learning how to interact with linux, R, and Python, deep dives into the math behind frequently used tools such as PCA, UMAP and differential expression, and tips to run different analysis pipelines. Students are encouraged to lead these presentations so they can deeply learn how to use and explain bioinformatics tools.
